I apologize for the slight thread hijack, but would this lower hose work for the 460? I believe the size is right, just not sure of the location of the water pump inlet on the FE.

the 460 outlet appears to be in the same location, do you know the size of the outlet?.
also you did not give a part number.

I hope I'm not mis-speaking, but I'm talking about the inlet, the actual tube on the water pump. I believe the outlet is the thermostat housing on the intake. Is that right? I've dealt with LT1's for a while, and they were reverse, so, I could be getting confused. It wouldn't be the first time!

Either way, the 460 stock water-pump tube that attaches to the lower radiator hose is 2".

MODIFIED: The part number I was referring to was Breeze Automotive 70617, http://www.breezeautomotive.com/deta...=697&cat_id=17

the fe is 2.125 so you would have to put a piece of rubber over the waterpump to make up the difference or get a different hose, also it depends on what radiator you have. i think they fabricate this to work with the ffr afco radiator. i have the ron davis radiator and the outlet comes off the side of the tank and makes a 90 as the afco comes straight off the tank.

I used a Hose from autozone from a V10 Dodge Ram

I needed to use a FFR hose kit reducer shim at the radiator but seems to have worked well
