Hey Guys - Yes that is the Vintage Motorsports big block coupe. We worked day and night to meet the Ma registration deadline...and we made it...on the last day. Many thanks to Ron Everitt who came at the drop of a hat ( or wrench ) to help finish the body assembly, to Justin at Rt 290 Auto body for the amazing paint and body work, Forte's parts who got the parts i needed always the next day, and to Mark at Breeze Automotive that seemed to have all the unique parts to finish it that i had no idea to locate! We have an incredible team that worked tirelessly without which this car would not be possible. We still have some details to work out but we are looking forward to have it all completed for the Factory Five Open House where we can meet a lot of the folks from the forum that helped silently at 2 in the morning! Greg

Did you have to move the engine forward?

No, the engine mounts stayed as built, we did make the foot boxes. When i originally talked to Dave at factory Five i asked him to put the mounts where they would be on a big block roadster. (i believe he said it was the same on all the chassis) which makes sense because the FE headers they supply did fit with the factory foot boxes. In hindsight i should have dropped the chassis mounts maybe 1/2 inch to get a little more clearance for the hood.

G.Pellegrino If you put a straight edge across both valve covers how high does the stack injection stick up, and where did you get it from. Thanks Keith.

Keith, i checked and that is 2 5/8 inches the throttle bodies are from TWM they are the 50 mm bodies, thats important because the 58s are taller by 1.25. hope that helps, greg
