fuel line spread on the ultra is 9.75".
regular HP is 9.25".
Looks like I had around 1.5" at either end with the HP.
Should fit fine..

i like the ultra hp because of the billet baseplate, and metering blocks, the only problem no pcv input on the base, i dont think it would be a good idea to have a spacer and turkey pan you would need 4 gaskets ?. i guess you can get a quickfuel qo series with the vacuum nipples which is good i just dont want a red carb, black would be nice.

convincor, what size k&n did you run with your set up?, how much room did you have?.
i have mike forte's mounts so i dont know if there the same height as the ffr ones they should be i imagine?.

It was a K&N #E-1025
8.25"X2.5" which fit the stelling & hellings air cleaner.
Had about 1/4" at the closest spot. No room for a spacer.

Im running a 4160 (probably going to change to an Ultra DP soon or a Quickfuel comparable one), but I have a 1/4" neoprene spacer under mine. Its an Edelbrock piece that requires no gaskets, self sealing.
