ok kids, here's the deal . . .
we hope to make this an annual event, but it probably won't be in the same place every year, maybe not even in California again for a while - and realistically, if there is not enough enthusiasm for it, it might not make sense to do it annually.
the bottom line, is that we want to make the first annual FFROGFEST a major event - to showcase the California FFROGs as the premier owner's group.
right now we've got a killer event planned - car show, autocross, spec race, banquet, speakers, magazine coverage, and on and on . . . are you telling me you're willing to miss this ? let's face it, reading about it here on FFCARS is just not the same as being there in person.
besides, Dave's right - every spring the NorCal group caravans down to see you southerners at the Knott's show. now it's your turn to return the favor. so drop all your plans this weekend (we'll vouch for you on all the honey-do's) and roadtrip up to Sear Point.
this will definitely be the event of the year, and you've got to make the trip. i wouldn't miss it for the world, and you should't either !!
