Does anyone have a recommnedation for good fabric glue? I am installing seat heaters in my street performer seats and I need to attach the fabric back onto the foam.

When I worked at an upholstry shop as a young'un we used some 3M spray adhesive. The larger items required some industrial glue sprayed from a single purpose (looked like a HVLP) gun we had.

I don't remember the name, only the smell [img]smile.gif[/img]

that glue is a 3M 77 homedepot carrys it

I found 3M adhesive at the local autoparts store. I think it is xxx88 though. The can says "General Trim Adhesive - Clear."

Is that alright? It made me a little nervous when there was a note to be careful on foam. That is exactly what I am planning to glue...

I've never tried "trim adhesive", but I have used both 3M 77 & 90 on foam and they both worked fine.
