I had my tranny fail last weekend after driving all of about 50 miles and in total the unit has less then 5,000 miles on it. It went bang just after I shifted into 2nd gear. Stripped 5 teeth off the 2nd gear on the companion shaft. After looking at various options I decided to have it repaired at a local shop, a few extra [img]graemlins/money.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/money.gif[/img] but I will have it back on Friday. I will get the failed parts back and I plan to check them to see if I can fugure out why it failed.
Since it snowed here last night  it looks like Cobra driving time around here this year is going to end very soon
