How cool was that!?

Just goes to show that action can be more about HOW the story is told as opposed to WHAT is providing the action.

The main guy behind it is freddiew on YouTube. He has a pile of fun/cool videos to see though this is the only One he's done with RC cars so far. Fun vid. Reminds me of the drift RC car Nissan commercial... Here.

I posted this last week on our Twitter feed. There's a cool behind-the-scenes video too of it being shot.

That was WAY cool! I'm sure it took a lot of work to get the final version.

BTW, some trivia...

That was Rob Dyrdek and his pal Big Black doing some of the driving (host of Rediculousness on MTV and action sports star). The other two guys (and on the most wanted poster) are the directors of the shoot.

They are all HPI products too (my pal from HPI is who originally sent me the link to post)...

Watch the behind the scenes video, it's really cool how they mention some classic chase scenese and want to pay homage to them with the crashes, fruit stand, etc.

Haha! I had no idea that Pacific Coast Hobbies was involved. That shop is just down the street from me and I know all those guys. My visits have slowed down since everything went RTR but I'll have to pop in now.
