That might be funnier if it wasn't so uncomfortably close to being accurate.

LOL. Funny. I see this thread getting sent to the clubhouse however. NO politics. Sadly I think the percentage of undecided voters is a lot higher. I'm also curious what is the percentage of people who can vote, do.

The video is 100% non-political. There is no reason we can't keep our comments free of politics as well.

I agree. Have you ever seen Jay Leno doing Jay Walking in a college town? It is frightening to see what little these some of these college students and graduates know, or maybe I should say how much they do not know.

I would be in favor of a simple little quiz before voting and if you get 4 out 5 questions right you are allowed to vote. Something like-

1) Who is the president?
2) Who is the vice president?
3) Who was the previous president?
4) How many states are there?
5) Who are the candidates from both major political parties running in this race?

Simple, right? Sadly, I bet at least 20% of the voters cannot get 4 of 5 of these right, and if you can't get at least 4 out of 5 right you have not earned the right to participate in the election process IMO. The right to vote is way too important to allow people who don't even know the simplest of questions to vote.

Rant over.

I'll bet it's a LOT higher than 20% Greg. Hell, even I can't remember Joe Biden's name half the time. I don't know why that is, but it's a name that doesn't stick with me...

The correct response to #1 once answered #4 incorrectly, so your test cannot possibly be fair.

Cheers, John

You are right. Maybe you should have to answer all 5 questions correctly to run for office.
