After 32 hours of labor, my daughter and her husband had a beautiful baby girl today. She weighed 7 lbs. 2 oz. and they are both doing great. I'm not sure how to act with this grandparent thing but so far it is great.
Congrats!! You'll love being a grandpa. I'm a grandpa 2x now and love it

Congrats and welcome to the club. You'll have the most wonderful time of your life spoiling her. We were at my daughters the other day and my grandson had his push toy with the poppers and a long handle and was using it like a jack to lift up his tricycle. Wonder where he learned that????

32 hours is a very long time for a women to be in labor these days. Quite often the Dr. will move things along, rather than have a women suffer so much. She must be one very strong lady!
What blows me away is that often, just a few years later, women are pregnant again !
