just watched it. Man, they really cut a lot. It took a whole day to film for that little scene. There was some funny stuff that did not make it. But atleast they did not make me look like a huge douche!

thanks for watching guys. I wish i could tell you more about the show but they make you sign stuff. However, i will say that filming took from 8am-7pm just for the expert section. So needless to say there was a LOT cut. The negotiating went on much longer. They just use what they want. Nothing is scripted. Basically you dont meet any of those guys until the cameras are on and then it goes from there. All in one take basically. I have a site Quarter Scale Legends that i started years ago about collecting and restoring these "toys" as pricing goes, they can be as cheap as $500 and as expensive as $40,000. A matter of fact, thats how i funded my cobra project... sold a bunch of cars.

Just watched it (DVR's are great), very cool! I hadn't seen this thread before, so wasn't expecting to see someone from the forum on there, but I knew instantly it was our very own QSL.

I missed the show (if they even had one) where they brought in the new person, but I've watched just about every other episode. I think Allen's over the top reactions to so many of the objects is just fun.

QSL, I missed it buddy but will keep an eye out for it in re-runs, the great thing about cable shows, you never really miss them.

Sounds like a fun time even if it was cut down to just a bit, amazing when you think about how much footage they shoot though!!

thanks guys, it was a fun experience that you dont get to do very often. Caroline has only been on a few episodes so far. She was very nice when we met her.
