Well that's what I ordered....but the computer is most certainly coming out and going to get checked.
That sux. I'll stick with my day. I got a few "wows" on my checkride, young guys are so easy to baffle with BS. I need to order the LAST 3 items to finish off my EFI.
If it is EFI I'd say your TFI thingy on the distributor is getting hot. happened to mine. Had to put a new one in. Been fine ever since.
Always great to have a pic of a cop parked behind you. Just don't put it on facebook. Your boss will fire you.....LOL.

My vote is for the TFI Module. They'll work again after they cool off but that won't last long before they quit altogether. Easily changed. I know guys who carry a spare when they're on a trip.

I dunno where or how you have your crank position sensor mounted in your application,,,,but on many german cars they have a tendency to go to an "open" circuit when they get hot. (two wire sensors)
One way I test them is to hook an ohm meter to the sensor and warm it with a heat gun for about 45 seconds and watch the meter. If the resistance starts raising in a hurry, I know the crank sensor is breaking down.
This may not be your problem, but I see it almost daily on the late model euro stuff I work on. Just a thought.

The fact that you're parked in front of a "Toys R Us" store is priceless . . .

LOL, that was a fun day. The GSP was just the first of our troubles. No tickets but lots of other excitement. It was around 11PM when I made it home that night. But that's for another thread.
