Carroll Shelby's children and his estranged wife are reportedly close to a settlement that will end the dispute over his corporeal remains.
The Associated Press is reporting that both parties have reached an arrangement under which the body will be cremated, with the resulting ashes being divided five ways. Originally, the ashes were to be split four ways, with one share going to each of Shelby's three children and the fourth going to a burial plot in East Texas. Now, a fifth share will be reserved for Cleo Shelby.
