My favorite, hand downs, is "Dirtbag". CSX2307 looks like it got drunk, and slept the night under a tree, while it was hailing. It has an ugliness that only a mother could love. But goshdarnit, I can never stop staring at it when I see it. There's just something incredible about it.........

One of two original Factory Dragonsnakes, "El Cid" CSX2248

I wish I could remember the CSX # of this one. One of the only I haven't taken a pic of the plate. But a beauty with lots of racing history.

And Lynn's 427

Car No 97 is CSX 2010.

I too have seen the "Dirtbag" a few times, It's always fun to see it. Love his stack of registration stickers on the license plate

Garage
A local guy owns this one and drives it regularly. He also has a 289 car that his girlfriend drives. I'll try to get some pic's of that too.

That's CSX3020, an original full-competition 427 Cobra with dry sump lubrication.

Saw this in a garage in West Palm. Not sure if the polished body is custom or came that way.

Surely not an original Cobra. Most likely a Kirkham.

Wasn't sure. Didn't think Shelby would sign the dash of a replica.

I'm probably in the vast, vast, vast minority here, but is anybody else unimpressed with original cobras? They're bland and slow. Yes, they have heritage, but if I had a "real" one I'd happily sell it to somebody who would pay top dollar for the heritage and happily drive a replica that pops out more, makes more power, and I don't care if it gets dinged up or breaks because it's easy to fix.

Okay, opening the flood gates now

Dan, I believe you and I are disqualified from this thread, otherwise we might have to rename it "how many original cobras have you not seen" .
