Call me hard headed...... I can see this radiator probably not working under the worst conditions. But, under the conditions you are working under, it dont make sense (to me).

Id certainly experiment with a 180 since you are running a carb.

Based on what you said several posts ago, you have your fan set to come on at 180 and you have a 195 thermostat. That means your fan will always come on before the thermostat opens. This means your fan will run 100% of the time.

Ideally, it should be the other way around. your thermostate should open at 180 and the fan come on at 195.
