Weight of gtm

How many people have actually weighed there finished GTM?

GTM Wt

Mine weighed 2180, the only thing missing when I weighed it was the windshield and rear hatch glass... Had to weigh it for registration. hope this helps

Thanks for the reply. I am wondering if I should try to remove some weight out of my GTM to make it as light as I could or keep weight in it to try to make it a nicer "finished" car. I will put mine on the scales soon and see where it is at.

any lighter and with 450 hp or more and traction would probably suffer anyway. i'm planning a little over 500 and with racelogic tc.

Makes 500 to the tire now and with the 345 michelins it hooks very well.

good to know there's that much grip at 500rwhp. what kind of trans/lsd? curious also as to who's running optional equipment (stereo,turbos,larger brakes,etc.) and what the finished weights would be.

Mine weighed on very precice scales exactly 2.411 pounds. With fuel tanks almost full, no A/C, no insulation/sound dampening, lighter CF seats, no stereo, heavy C6 Z06 brakes.
