Is this big hole where non donor wires for the front end pass through? I see where the mustang wiring has a rubber grommet that goes here. Do I need one of these from Ford or someone?

Thanks!

Ted

Yes, that's the hole. Carb kits come with a cover plate for this hole that you can drill to suit how many wires you are routing here. Some of my wires like battery cable and other starter wires got into the engine bay via that small hole behind the engine to the right of the pedal box.

Is the cover plate supposed to be in the B.O.P envelope? Does anyone know if Ford or someone sells that "rubber grommet"? Wouldn't that look better?

Let me look at my second donor cable ans see if i can pull all the wires out of the factory boot. If it isn't to hard, You can have it.

Cool

Just noticed your clutch cable. Pry that black rubber grommet off. Grind off the four little plastic keepers and then that white fitting will fit nicely inside your clutch cable adjuster.

RJG - That would be great, THANKS! I will be out of town as of tomorrow until New Years Day so I will contact you when I get back if I don't hear back from you before then. I would sure appreciate it!

Johncran - OK, I was wondering about that. Do I have the red adjuster in correctly as well? Came with no instructions as to what goes where. Thanks for the help!
