I had the same problem and it turned out to be the TPS. Do you have it set properly? If not the computer does not know where the throttle is and it can flood the engine. I also had a bad ground at the same location. Let us know if you need help with the TPS settings. (.98V throttle closed, 4.74 throttle open) both with engine off key on.
