Ontario beware - here comes sluggish

We've been talking about a move for a few years now and it is finally happening. House is up for sale and my first trip, hauling the old Dodge pickup commences Wednesday morning. Hopefully event free and good weather but we shall see. Wife and daughter are already there and havent seen them in 4 weeks so really looking forward to getting there. Unfortunately I'm only there just a couple days and then it is back out west to get ready for the next trip. Thank goodness for satellite radio with comedy channels as I'll likely be sick of my own singing voice before I leave Calgary.

Bye bye city life and hello to population 23(was 20 before we moved in). Any action in the Ontario club? I'll be in the Barrie area.

Anybody wanna buy a house with a triple garage?

welcome

I live in Wasaga Beach a half hour away and I am sure that you will be over this way at some point.
Cheers Greg

Hi Sluggish: Welcome to Ontario. You might want to PM GB_Racing. He was involved with the Ontario club last time I met him (which admittedly was a couple of years ago now).

Thanks guys. I will get in touch when all settled. I met glen in Calgary a few times when he was living there. Hopefully I'll meet z few more folks once we get all organized. I don't know a soul around here(that may be good or bad, not sure yet)

Retiring?

Are you retiring in Ontario or a job move?

Not retiring but slowing down the pace significantly. Took a load down there last week and getting ready for the next load. Got a rental house just outside Barrie for the short term until our house sells in Calgary. Then we will buy one.
