Laughlin Run 10.22
Ok boys and GIRLS . . . next Saturday is the "Kit Cars on the Colorado" weekend, sponsored by the Arizona guys. This is a three day event usually for those that want to drive down and spend three lovely days on the Colorado River with a bunch of other Cobra owners.
The "Vegas guys" usually go down for the Saturday gathering and spend the day meeting up with old and new friends.
Here's the scoop:
Meet Saturday morning, under the "Fiesta Hotel & Casino" marquee sign at 8:30 to 9:00am. Those of you going to C & C first, well we can caravan to the Fiesta if you want to . . . or just go to the meet site straight-away.
Wives are encouraged to participate this year, a head count would be greatly appreciated. Most wives don't want to be the "only wife" on trips like these so a head count before hand might encourage more to come along. JMHO
Weather is lookin' good at 85° during the day and 55° at night. We are usually home before dark, but stranger things have happened . . . LOL !
So far (word of mouth and an impromptu yea or nay at C & C), looks like we have 6 already commited to going.
So polish up your ride, top off the tank and be at C & C Saturday morning (10.22) at 8:00 or the Fiesta Hotel & Casino at the end of the 215 beltway in Henderson at 9:00.
It's gunna be a GREAT! day.
