Thanks for posting the great vid. Thomas, amazing how your cobra can still run @ 144ish mph even on a very slippery track!!! That takes alot of hp to make It happen my friend!! Thanks again for the vid.

I was taking It very easy on you @ the drag strip just becuz you are a nice guy & your first time @ the strip in a long time Didn't even lift my front wheels off the ground. Now Mr. Thomas W. is a diff story. 144+/-mph on a very slippery track. Medford drag strip is fun place to "grudge race", or just "race what ya brung".lol Not many tracks left like that. Kidden' aside, we all have a great time every yr. in Medford(even DonN.) Already looking to next yr.--

That cobra belongs to Don Newman. Go to www.cascadecobras.com and click on "members cars" for more pics of Dons cobra. His cobra is a sweet ride, been in t v shows,won some car shows, very fast, ect.

Hey Butch, I just saw a video on youtube that showed the 2012 Medford Cruise fastest street car winner. I didn't know they had such a designation. Guess what, he ran a 9.27 at 144 mph. Same mph as myself. Cheers.

I can't find vid on You Tube? I did find pics of 2012 Medford Cruise. Go there & click on pics of "Cobras" and also click on the "Stop Lite Drags", think you just might see a cobra that you know!!!lol You were running 144mph on just about all your runs, but NOT in the low 9s like the other "Fastest Street Car? What the heck was that guy running to run low 9s!!??(on that slippery track)

Butch, if you search on youtube for 2012 Medford Cruise and then scroll down the choices to Eric's Vega you'll see it. I remember the car, it was tubbed with huge slicks and wheelie bars. I saw some pics of it pulling wheelies at that Medford Cruise website for the stoplight drags. Thanks for the heads up on that site, there are a couple good pics of our cars. Cheers.
