I have two spaces available for Factory Five customer cars at next weekend's Houston AutoRama show. Any of you guys who want to take your Factory Five to the show Thanksgiving weekend, these spaces are your's for free; first come, first serves. Here's some background.
Two weeks ago at the 2011 SEMA Show, I reached an agreement with the Autorama/World of Wheels organizers. These guys will be taking a Factory Five Hot Rod on their official show and event truck and as an official sponsor, Factory Five Racing is given two customer spaces per show to join the display Hot Rod.
Each space includes two exhibitor passes to the show and five one-day guest passes! E-mail info@factoryfive.com if you want to take your car. We will have a '33 Hot Rod on display and the two spaces next to that are available to FFR customers. We won't be able to have any one from the company at the show, but this is a good chance to get your car in the show for no money.
I wish I could swing it for all four days.. There's just no way I can get the car to Houston, then to Austin for Thanksgiving day and the day after, then back to Houston for a couple of days and then back to Dallas/FT Worth.. But I certainly gave it some thought!
I could do it Sat/Sun if you don't have any takers for the entire show..
If I ever hear anything I will! So far, nobody has contacted me. I found his other thread, with an e-mail to Jason (I think that is the name). I've sent e-mails to both of them, have not heard back.
Oh well, see what happens :-)
