I am going with the coyote in my build.

I am using the TKO because I want an explosion proof separate bellhousing instead of the aluminum single piece (I think the TR3650 is all aluminum)

The Coyote + controls + all the bits = 8500-ish
Trans + Rear End + Bellhousing, clutch, etc = 4k-ish

No tuning will be needed, the controls pack comes with an ECM pre-programmed.
