Leo I don't have much left other than a few of the accesories and brackets but you are welcome to them if you want to pick up the shipping.
What air cleaner do you guys recommend? I would like to run an oval but I am not sure if I will run into some clearance issues with the distributor. I was a bit suprised how much Edelbrock pitches the carb toward the front of the motor.
In a final attempt to stay with the "budget" mentality, I went with the pro products powerfire distributor. It seems that pro products gets a lot of negative press in these parts but I have to tell you that it looks like a nice piece. The advance/retard knob seems like a great idea but I don't have any runtime to give feedback. I did have to order a steel dizzy gear but for $160 total I can't complain. Do you guys think the filter will clear it?
Don, thanks for the input on the kit choices...I might have lined up an 04 Mach-1 as a donor. If I can sell the 32V motor and some of the other parts I might break even and get a Tremec 3650 in the process. I need to find out if the whole donor brake system will run with manual brakes.
Off to do more research and build the piggy bank back up for the kit!
