Ellie and I are in. I may bring my business partner and his wife (he just got a Z4 and is eager to put some miles on it). I will let you know if they will accompany us.

OK, where's the rally monkey http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rally_Monkey when you need him? Trust me, you will enjoy these roads. Route 100 and the stretches of 9, 112 and The Mohawk Trail are some of the top driving roads in the country. Adam and the folks at the Saloon are looking forward to the return of the Cobras again.

Lets plan on Meeting on Route 2 west rest stop just east of 190/RT2 interchange. We are leaving the "Stump" At 10:30, so lets plan on meeting at 9:15 ish, that will give us time to get to the stump in plenty of time.
Who is meeting at this spot?

Our usual startiing point is the "stump" ATM in the rotary of route 2 and 91 at the start of the Mohawk Trail. I usually plan on rolling out of there by 10:30.

Trying to work this into the schedule right now.
Weather and other stuff dependent, I would be leaving Somerville around 8-8:15. Would def meet up for the drive out rte 2 to the rest stop.
Will know for sure by Wednesday.
Not sure if I am going to make this cruise. I need to be back in Lancaster by 2:45 and I just dont think I can make it back in time. If I skipped the lunch and just drove home i might be able to make it. Will have to see
Weather looks like it's going to cooperate. If it does I would love to join you guys for this ride. Count me in for 2.
Anyone heading out from the Boston area - it would be great to meet up and drive out on route 2. There is a big rest area with a gas station on 128 north, just before the route 2 exit. If anyone is interested in meeting up for the drive let me know. Meeting at 8:15 - 8:30 should provide enough time to meet the other group on Rt 2 rest stop at 9:15.
Tak/KGS365 - if you have another place to meet - I am open to suggestions.
Mike

..went out for a ride yesterday and filled it up...i've got some sort of gas leak coming from a inline filter or sender that i hope to get taken care of today/tommorrow...if i can't i'll probably take the car to ERA for the winter and let them deal with it...car is running great with the cooler air...Im sure Tak will respond and we are both coming from the RT2 area near Boston so the more the merryier...the weather is looking pretty good as of today

Theresa contacted Erica and Adam at the Saloon and gave them a rough headcount. They replied back that they are all set and excited to see the gang again this year.

Is it a leaking gas tank or the fact that your running a FE? Steve seams to have the same problem with gas stations when we go on long trips.
We'll catch you on the next one.
I just like you guys to be able to get out and stretch your legs when I stop for gas.
