Great ride home no issues. Had a drop or two as we left from lunch at Bulls Bridge in CT about 20 min from home. Great to see everybody again. Thanks to Greg and Henry for a great time. Looking forward to next year.

Glad everyone made it home safely and had a good time. Arrived in Vermont for the second half of our mini vacation at 1 pm. We got a late start after checking out cf our hotel and eating breakfast. Went by FWH at 10:45 and there was only one covered cobra on the lawn so we headed out. Also didn't know if anyone went up to prospect mountain so we passed on that. Did anyone go and burn some tires?
Katharine and I are hanging out in our pjs doing absolutely nothing at the west mountain inn for two more days...the perfect vacation. Thank you all for organizing this great event. Look forward to next year. Where can we get information on advanced reservations for next year at FWH?

Thanks!
Great job Greg and Henry. We had a great time! After this weekend I've got another new friend and a handful more that used to only be acquaintances who I now consider friends.
Thanks to all who went easy on me for the choice of vehicle and also for the poor navigation.
We went home through VT via back roads and it was great.
This was my first time attending and it certianly will not be the last. I had a great time and it was nice to meet so many great folks and put some faces to names as well.
I also want to thank Gregg and Henry and everyone else that helped organize this event.

Bummed to not finish the trip there this year. Thanks to everyone for assisting with the cracked dizzy cap. Ron, thanks also for the use of your GPS to quickly bring me to the parts store. Still started with another mis-fire with the new cap as we made our way towards NY. Basically, when the tank was fully hot and expanded, it closed the gap to the dist. cap and would actually touch and cracked the cap. When moving coolant through at a "spirited rate" it was later OK. Just let the big dog eat as I headed home that afternoon. Spent Saturday making a steel plate spacer for the expansion tank fix and doing the re-install. Car was back on the road Saturday PM with a new cap, rotor and plug wire. My first roadside issue ever. (Friday the 13th I guess)
We'll give it a shot again next year.
-Steve

Tiffany and I had an awesome time. Thanks to Greg, Henry and all others who organized this great event. Should help to keep a smile on my face until the fall drives start up. Also enjoyed the larger diversity of cars this year. Ride up north was great. Everyone stay safe so we can all enjoy each others company next year.

A big "Thanks" to all the organizers of the Summer Run. This was the first long road trip for our Mk3.1 and Angela and I had a blast! Made better time going home not having to follow a Vette with bad GPS!!

Marcel, Steve and I also had a blast. Always a low key event with beautiful cars and great people. Only negative was that 4-sale sign on my car somehow made it to Facebook so I am getting offers on the car and my spare parts. I guess there's always room for part upgrades
If I remember correctly it was $1,600 for the 33? Seems reasonable.

Well for Katherine & I it was a memorable time.... got married, lost the trunk latch between Rutland and Lake George and clutch cable broke about 40 miles from home.
Had a nice air conditioned ride in Greg's Lotus and a second one in the cab of the flatbed.
The "overnight" shipment of the trunk latch to Lake George arrived today in Concord and I managed to score a replacement cultch cable Monday evening from Rick Lacourse. Hopefully by Saturday I'll be back on the road...
The Lake George "rally" is the best summer event!
