How do you select the correct clutch?

Looking for help on selecting the correct parts. The roadster will primarily be a steet car. Not necessarily a daily driver. Very occasional track time. Let just call it a weekend warrior.

Here is my proposed setup for my Mk4 Roadster:

Engine ~ Ford Racing M-6007-Z427FFT
Rear End ~ Moser 3-Link with 3.31 gears.
Transmission ~ Tremec TKO 600 TCET5008
Bellhousing ~ Quicktime RM-6065

Quite a bit of searching and I am still pretty confused about how to pick the right clutch. Below is a setup I like but it's pretty expensive and I am not positive these are the correct parts.

Clutch ??

Proposed ~ RAM Street Dual Disc Force 9.5 Clutch w/ Flywheel - 26 Spline - 6-Bolt ( RAM Clutches 75-2265 )

Also, still on the fence as to hydraulic vs cable. I am not too concerned about a heavy clutch pedal. I just want a reliable and positive/smooth clutch.

That is a bit overkill for what you are doing. Something like a Ram 9000 with the composite disc would work just fine.
I've been retty unimpressed with the dual disc street clutches out there. I have seen several high hp cars that are going through them every 1000 miles.

Thanks for the prompt response.

I could not find anything on the Ram 9000 series.

I found this setup but not sure if it's what you are talking about.

Ram Clutches 98794T - RAM Powergrip Performance Clutch Kits

I noticed that some of the HD clutches tend to create chatter which I really want to avoid. The clutch setup above seems to be right at the HP rating of my engine if not a bit below.

Thoughts?

That part number in ending in HDT is what I would use. It takes a little different technique to drive it but it will work well. It can chatter when driven wrong. It's pretty easy to figure out.
