QA1 shocks and springs

Was looking at softening the springs to 500 / 400 lb rates and fitting QA1 dual adjustable shocks... and maybe the Levy forged front control arms.

Questions..
  1. What are the length and height specs for the springs
  2. Do the Levy control arms have a better solution for the UCA and the lubrication intervals required (the FFR stock apparently need grease every few hundred miles)
  3. QA1 part numbers for the shocks.

With thanks

Chris

The spring size is 8" long 2.5" ID and the rate you want. I like 600lb for the front and 700lb for the rear.

thanks Gordon,

Can you confirm the greasing intervals for your forged control arms, whether there is any modifications required when fitting on a Gen II coupe and the current cost..?
