Front Hub Assy Grease Cap

On the mustang front hub assy the bearing is open to the outside world. Is there a grease cap and where is it available? The bearing is open to the atmosphere and the qualified personnel at the local Ford dealer don't have a clue.

Go to the local Pick & Pull, they are on the later model Mustangs, 94 on.

Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall and torque is how far you take the wall with you.

I have no local pick and pull. I don't want used stuff. The cap is a one time use as is the retainer nut. Problem still is that I don't seem to be able to find a part or a number for it.

That is for the rear. It seems that what I'm looking for doesn't exist. I just don't see how the grease doesn't come out and the dirt get into the hub assembly.

Sorry, my bad. Perhaps you could take your hub to the local auto parts and try out dust covers till one fits.

If I ordered through for and they were wrong, I'd have to pay a return fee. Ford didn't list the part # for the application.

I wish I had known before I ordered from the other guys. Always best to support contributing vendors.
