I put the tires back on and took it for a drive today after giving it a much needed bath. The engine is still not running right but I hope to have that fixed this week with a little dyno time.
Here are some pics:

Are you going to join us at this month's GCC meeting? I'd really like to see (and hear) it in person.
Hope you can join us!
btw, in a previous post, I believe you mentioned something about Stainless Steel Heat Shields(?), Did you buy raw SS from Shapiros? I'm considering something similar for my roadster and I'd like to talk to you about them.

Licensed 4/24/13!! Wahoo!
Not quite on the road yet. It still needs alot of tuning, and has no power off idle. Still running very rich, but the blue flames from the exhaust is cool.
Yes the heat shield are from Shapiro. I cut 2 card board templates and took them down there. We then used their big shear to cut them to the templates. They charge $2 per cut which was well worth it. The stainless is the thinnest polished stuff they have. Their shear is so large it was difficult to get it right. If you know someone with a smaller shear you could do a better job.

It says behind the driver or out the side. So far I like the way it sounds inside. Because the exit is so far away from the rear hatch it appears all the resonance is gone. Hopefully Omer can work some magic and get it running right.

Which alternator (car and year) bracket are you using? Also are you running AC? If you are which one as well? I'm using a 04 vortec truck engine in my coupe and have yet to figure out which brackets will work. I'll just have a alternator and A/C pump.
BTW, looks good back on it's wheels. Those are some good tires for a street tire. I ran those for a couple of years on my V8 powered RX7.

Reason for asking is that it should run nicely as is unless it is in limp mode because of Vats programming in CPU or sensor issue. (Turning off a bunch of stuff that is no longer hooked up from Vette. As in GTM's)
There should not be any need for Dyno if Fuel pressure is set to factory spec.
The VAT's can be accessed with HP tuner software and hardware.
I took it to my tuner today and it kicked back over 30 error codes. We sorted one problem and it idles better, but still bogs off idle. He will have to tune out rear O2 sensors, auto trans, tank pressure, evap, and probably a bunch of stuff I can't think of.
