Thanks. You did a great job on that car, and the carpet. Love the charcoal. I really wish I could do about 15 cars so I could do all of the colors I want!

Do you remember how much carpet it took to do your cockpit?

I think I ordered 6 yds which is more than enough. I did this so I can make floor mats for the footboxes and rear compartment.

We ghosted it so it wouldn't be....."intrusive" to the rest of the paint. I wanted to emulate the "number field" without putting a white field on the car. This way if I wanted, I could still go back with a cling on number and put it in that area.
You cant imagine how many times I have watched people look at the car for 25 minutes and then as they are walking away finally notice the checkers.. Thats cool, I like "depth" in things. Every angle you notice something just a little bit different.
