Thanks, just talked to him. It's a great deal and exactly what I'm looking for, but dang! I don't know how I would get it onto a trailer.. No wheels and the rear axle is already off of the car..
Believe it or not its not too bad to get on a trailer. I sold my coupe donor (before changing my mind and not using anything from it) with nothing underneath it and us four guys were able to lift it onto the trailer haha. (but it didnt have any drivetrain though)
Just secure a couple of 4"X4", or maybe even just 2"X6" lumber underneath and winch it up (come-along) on some logs, pipes or other cylindrical items that are handy/cheap. Or you could build a chassis buck with some decent sized casters and then use the parts for your FFR chassis buck.
It was 3 hrs. from my house. Hiring a wrecker would have turned the good deal into a not so good of a deal after paying a wrecker to haul it to my house.
I passed on the deal. I couldn't make arrangements prior to leaving for LCS..
