looking for 750 double pumper

Trying to be frugal with some parts of my build and I know there are carbs sitting on benches and in drawers all over the place because they were too big or too small so I thought I'd go fishing.

Looking for a 750 double pumper, would prefer 4 corner idles and site glasses (all the carb bells and whistles) but would consider anything if priced right.

I have a rebuild kit in hand so I'm prepared to work it.

I'm in Canada, can pay promptly if you are willing to toss it in a box and send it USPS

Thanks,
Vic

I have a 750 double pumper 4779-3 I'm looking to get rid of. It has the two corner idle only, no glass site screws, or choke linkage but everything else seems to work fine. Haven't run it on the engine yet so can't tell you how it runs. I bought a new one and this one is a spare.

PM me if you're interested and we'll discuss pricing, shipping, etc....

Bob.

Didn't work out with Bob above, shipping from Oregon to the East was steep.

Anyone else?

Want to borrow my 670SA?

Hi Vic. I have a 670SA sitting on the shelf that you are welcome to use in the meantime and the good part is it's just 5 miles away. PM me and we can set up a time for you to pick it up if you wish. I also have a full set of jets and pump cams you can use to tune it with. Regards Scott

Scott, thanks for the offer.

I actually have a 750 dp in hand and a rebuild kit, its in rough shape though. I was hoping to find one that offered a bit more of the old bling...

Not that much of a carb can be seen but its rough.

I am considering using it though, had a deal fall through on a new one out of TO for 300.

Must continue the search...my engine isn't ready yet anyway, I'm roller rockers, a distributor, valve covers and a coil away...very close.

Vic

I have a mighty demon 750 laying around. Its the blower carb version. I bought it about 5-6 years ago. I used it on my NA motors for years. The blower vac line just has to be run into the manifold below the carb.

Ive got one, but its prob not much better than the one you have. I'd let it go for $250 + shipping, but coming from Texas I bet it would be a pretty penny.
