What is this noise?

What is this noise - you'll hear it at about 13:21:00 on the timeline.

This happened three times in the last 100 miles of driving after I replaced my brake pads with Hawk+ and everytime it was just as I was coming to a complete stop. All brake function feels normal, even when this noise happens.
Thanks for any advice.

Do you have the anti-moan brackets installed?

Brake moan.

I thought I had a wheel/tire rub but it's was the rear brakes.

Problem started when I went to a more aggressive rear pad. Anti-moan brackets fixed it.

Got them from Mike Forte. Scott

Thanks guys -
I read a bunch of posts and I see I have a common brake moan.
1. Is seems this is nearly always a problem with the rear calipers vibrating but a few attributed to the front - any comment?
2. Aside from being an extremely irritating sound - I gather it's not a safety issue?
