So, I'm changing things up boys. going 5 lug and discs all around. Ive decided to use the cobra 13" rotors and cobra calipers sn95 spindles. will my 91' power steering rack hood up to the hydroboost powersteering pump?
Should be any 4.6 mustang, which would be 96 up to 2004. I am notsure if 95's had hydro boost, I think they had vacuum assist braking. With the introduction of the mod motors there was no room for vacuum booster.

Ok so today I got a hydro boost system off a gt. It didn't come with a power steering pump. so I am running a 5.0 does the 4.6 power steering pump fit on on what i got?
The answer depends on what engine you are running.
5.0: regular 5.0 pump
Coyote: Ford racing sells a ps mounting bracket that allows you to mount (as I recall) an 05+ mustang ps pump. I can confirm my notes tomorrow if no one else replies by then.

I've used a standard Ford CII Fox Mustang 5.0L pump (a reman at that) for four years with our hydroboost setup. It works fine. Don't try to reingeneer things. Use the 5.0L Mustang pump and bracket (or aftermarket brackets like Forte, March, etc.) and it'll all bolt right on.
Then get new hoses from Hydratech or from Gottashow and the lines are braided PTFE. Cut to length, put the ends on, and call it done.
2006: 2/14 Delivery by Stewart Transport, 8/15 becomes a roller, 8/26 drivetrain installed, 10/15 first engine start, 12/23 wiring completed, 12/31 body test fit
2007: 2/25 first go-cart, 4/15 leaves for paint, 8/24 paint prep begins, 12/10 paint work completed
2008: 1/7 home from paint, 2/1 titled, tagged, and insured, 3/15 interior complete, 6/2 alignment, 6/4 Graduation

Hey Mark,
If ya wouldn't mind do you think you could post some pictures of your hydroboost mounted to the pedal box are.
I can post pics if you like, but it probably wouldn't help. I didn't use the Mustang setup. I used the Hydratech kit, which includes a nice four-bolt billet mount for the assist unit. They make one just for the FFR (Fox Mustang with a clearance notch for the steering shaft bearing).
You could probably buy just the mounting plate from Hydratech if it would make things easier. They also modify their units (all new) with a threaded pushrod to make pedal height adjustments a snap.
