Are you talking about the fiberglass cover that attaches to the driver's footbox where the shaft exits? Or, are you looking for a steering shaft cover like what Sanford is suggesting?
If it is the former, probably your best bet is to put a "parts wanted" ad in the classifieds. My buddy got one that way from someone that had an extra. I am not aware of any vendor that sells them. Or, you could lay one up with some fiberglass cloth.
If it is the latter, I fabbed one up out of the donor steering shaft cover after I searched around and found several references to them here. Again, none available for sale that I could find. But, it was pretty easy to make.
