94-04 is SN95 (though some call the 99-04 the New Edge years), so yes, you have SN-95 spindles. However, they are not the preferred 94-95 spindles, which keep the same front track as the earlier spindles while adding the divorced rotor/sealed hub bearing and five lug fitment.
The Mustang lower control arms will work, but if you want to run the 9-inch wide 17-inch front wheels you'll need the tubular lower control arms (FFR or otherwise).
2006: 2/14 Delivery by Stewart Transport, 8/15 becomes a roller, 8/26 drivetrain installed, 10/15 first engine start, 12/23 wiring completed, 12/31 body test fit
2007: 2/25 first go-cart, 4/15 leaves for paint, 8/24 paint prep begins, 12/10 paint work completed
2008: 1/7 home from paint, 2/1 titled, tagged, and insured, 3/15 interior complete, 6/2 alignment, 6/4 Graduation
Currently on the car are the 98 donor spindles and brakes (along with mustang LCAs)
Are these SN-95 spindles, and are they the same that FFR includes in the complete kit? If not, which is better?
As noted, the 98 spindles will work, but they have a slightly wider track than the perferred 94-95 spindles and no dog leg, which helps with bump steer.
If you have the PBR two-piston calipers, they are the same as the complete kit, you should be good with them.
I recommend the FFR LCA's as they will allow for more wheel choices.

The spindles are about 3/8" wider than the 1994/1995 years. Depends on what backspacing you will use.
Useless info??
Work fine for me with 18x8.5" with a 6.18" back space. 1.75 neg camber too. I'm running the 1996 width rear, same as '98, (ABS) with 18x9.5" 6.81 back space for reference. MKII with the narrower rear fenders. You can opt for more backspace with 2005 and up Mustang wheels.

I'll share this for what its worth since I found it very helpful during my build as it helped with all kinds of questions I had, go to google and type site:ffcars.com sn95 spindles or anything else you want info about like bumpsteer, ackerman, driveshaft angle etc. It was for me a great find and worked a bit better then seaching each forum site. Lots of info here.
