If mine breaks, I will seriously consider the Lexan piece from Freddie's. But if you insist on glass, including even having it paid by insurance, then I recommend the U.S. made windshield assembly from Bethania Garage. I had to replace a broken FFR supplied windshield before I was titled and registered, and had to be DOT certified for the inspection. So Lexan wasn't an option. This windshield was recommended to me by someone else, so went with it. Have compared it to the Chinese part from FFR. Exactly the same form-fit-function, but a nicer part. The glass is marked Guardian Industries, a domestic brand. Finishline also advertises a U.S. made windshield, and I suspect it's the same one, but they're asking more. Bethania Garage shipped nearly immediately, and the part was perfect. Check it out.
