Do You Like This Paint Scheme?

Essex Wire CSX3009

I'm thinking of using it on my next build even though mine will be a 289 FIA model.

I think it looks sharp and stands out. Classic, but different - not cookie cutter.

Read my mind, I am hoping to have Da bat repaint my FFR this winter. Was going with not a flate white but not full gloss and a single thick black stripe down the middle.

I like it.

How interesting that I'm seeing "91" all over the place tonight. That was my dad's race number and I used it some too. It looks good going fast on the side of a modified.

The Essex Wire car is one of my all time favorite Cobras. Lot's of history there. There were in racing for a quite a while and recollect a picture of one of the early cars with early 289 style body on it. Would be right at home on your build.

I like the color combo, but if it were me, I'd go for the conventional 2 stripe layout.

Very cool.

Is the meatball on the back smaller than the one on the front?
I think it would look better if both were the same size.

Maybe even outline the meatballs with the orange stripe too? Might be cool if you could see it photoshopped first.
