Another stering rack question

I have a base kit. Not using a donor. Using an SN95 steering rack. I have the SN95 adapter kit from FFR which has the adapter, and new inner and outer tie rods.

I have a new AGR Performance power SN95 rack. It has inner tie rods.

The tie rods on the rack are the same length as the FFR tie rods + the extensions.

Adding the extensions and FFR tie rods would result in the same length. The pivot point would be slightly different.

I see in the manual that it says to cut the donor tie rods and add the extensions. This makes me think that it is about changing the pivot point, not the length.

What should I do?

I found the answer in the coupe forum. It IS about changing the pivot point, not the width.

You guys are starting to get slack. I usually get the answer and at least one smart comment in the first five minutes.
