Nice work Doug! Looks great. Do you have to secure it or is it just floating in there?

When you install, is it electricially connected between tha radiator and the chassis?
I consider it a good idea to insualte the radiator and heater cores from the chassis to prevent electroloysis.

To answer yours and Don's question, there are two rivets at the top rear of the aluminum piece. One on each side. The rest is just wedged between the body and the radiator. It fits really well. There is a rubber seal all the way around the aluminum so it doesn't come in contact with anything except the frame where it is riveted.
PJ. If your carefull, you can install it with the body on. Takes some minor twisting and bending, but it can be done. I just installed 2 of them on finished cars.

Great Doug, now I have to place another order for something else. That really dose look great, and it’s sad to see all of the bugs that lost their lives just to get a better look at your car going down the road. I wonder how this will be on a car with the fans out front?
Ya, no cutting. No bending. Easy Peasy lemon squeeze. Well almost. While it would be easier to install with the body off, It's not too bad. I put the car on jack stands and dropped the radiator. That was the hassle. Drain it, and remove the bolts. (mine had 4 because I'm using the Breeze lower radiator mount). I didn't have to disconnect the lower radiator hose but I removed the upper. I just dropped the radiator to the floor and slid the radiator aluminum into position. I had my son hold it into place then put the radiator back into position and hooked everything back up filled the radiator with the existing fluid. Did a little fine tuning on placement then drilled and riveted it into place and tested for leaks.
