Drove the car about 200 miles today and at the end coming home I noticed a horn sound coming from the engine - only above 1500 rpm or so. Below 1500 it stopped. I took this video with my cell right after pulling in my garage
Sounds like some sort of resonance. I think it's heat related. After the car cooled down it stopped doing it. Anyone had something similar happen? Sounds near the intake but I can't pinpoint it.

I had a similar problem. Mine was a cheap Checker Auto vacuum line from the intake to the PCV collapsing in on itself and creating a vibration. I replaced the hose with a better quality and problem fixed.
I had that same noise on my car after it got hot. The hose between the PCV and the carburetor was collapsing and creating a reed type effect. It was very soft and pliable when I touched it. I bought a thicker hose that was specific for the PCV system and the noise went away.

Poke some holes in it and you can play it like a flute or bagpipes.

do you have a vent line? I couldn't tell from the vid. You should have a vent line just upstream of the throttle body, that usually connects to a fitting on the oil fill of the passenger valvecover. That's where fresh air normally enters for the PCV system. If you block it off, it'll suck air around front and rear main seals, valve cover gaskets, etc....and make all kinds of crazy noises.

Yes there's a vent line connecting from the elbow just in front of the throttle body to the oil fill tube. It's underneath not visible in the video. I mistakenly plugged that years ago and got a bunch of high pitched squeaking so I know what you're talking about. I'm pretty sure it's the PCV tube. It's a real thin rubber I can easily pinch closed. Plan to replace this evening.
