SAI Mod - why can't I find anything using search?

I must be doing something wrong. I can't find anything searching for info on the SAI mod kit designed by David Borden and sold by Whitby. Any links would be helpful. I am looking for instructions and pictures as I am concerned I might have installed mine incorrectly.

An invaluable piece of info that niceguyeddie told me about a while back.

When you search type something like this in the google textbox:
"site:ffcars.com whatever you are searching for here"

In your case it would be this:
site:ffcars.com sai mod

This will limit your google search to only posts on this site. Much more effective than the forum search engine. I rarely use the site search engine anymore. Its also a good way to get around that annoying search engine timer on the forum.

I just completed the SAI mod myself. Tons of info and pics out there on the subject. Installation depends on the upper control arms that you are currently using. I found that the instructions provided with the kit are for the older upper control arms. The gold upper control arms need to be flipped and swapped right to left in order to get the correct ball joint angle. The new upper control arms do not require flipping the ball joint.

I stole this image from another thread but this is how the SAI mod should look when installed with the newer upper control arms.

Here you go...
SAI Mod install Instructions Within.

Observe the 'L' and 'R' and you should figure it out. Get these mixed up and you will know it.

Charles, it will look the same and have no differences other than color and the bolt head that can hit the caliper on the black arms isn't on the gold ones.

Kind of want to see the "flippled & left /right swapped".

Charles: I installed the SAI MOD on my car which has the older gold control arms which are Pole Position itemsif memory serves me correct. The flip has to due with the angle on the end of the arm where the ball joint screws in. If you have the gold arms look at the outer end and picture them in your mind flipped over. This makes the mounting flange more parallel to the SAI upper ball joint attachment point since you lower the inner attachment of the UCA when doing the SAI mod.
