Fuel filter? 10 or 40 Micron???

I am in the middle of redoing allot of things on my car.
Fuel lines being one of them.

I am going with -8 lines from the fin tank pump pick up bracket all the way to the fuel rails with a -6 return.

I am installing an in line filter, I see the two most popular sizes for the filter elements are 10 and 40 microns.

SET UP.
255 High pressure in tank pump.
-8 feed lines
-6 return lines
Aeroquip fuel rails and pressure regulator
42 pound injectors

What should I go with?

Thanks
JOhn

10 micron after the pump
if you have an inline pump use a 100 micron befor the pump with a 10 micron after the pump.

I use the 40 micron before the pump, and 10 micron after the pump.

OK I have the in-tank pump so I am going to go with the 10 micron filter.
