Your Car Name or nickname.

It seems like everyone have a nickname for their car and likewise i'm trying to give mine its own name.
So heres my question... What is everyone's nickname, I would hate to use one if someone else is already using it.

Looks like the last thread of this type was back in 2006.
What name for your Cobra?

I named my MKI "Cobra4Me", made a website also, Cobra4Me.com and got the plate "COBR4ME""

then I built my MKIII using a 2003 SVT Cobra Terminator donor and named it "SuperCobra" mainly because just using a SINGLE donor I was able to create a Supercar, later I decided to Change the name to "Venom XS", got that plate also and made a website VenomXS.com

We started calling mine 'Miss Canada' because of her patriotic (red/white) paint scheme, not because she'll ever be a pageant queen.

Workin' on some REAL pics, here's an old one:

from de Sade

not for the (still planning) roadster, but I used to have a BMW Bavaria back in the 70's that I called Justine. Named after a character in a Marquis de Sade novel (yes, he was a real guy; spent most of his adult life in prison because he kept offending the church and the more conservative aristocratic types). Poor girl (back to Justine!) kept having all kinds of mistreatment and various ignomies done to her; much the way I drove that car!

I refer to her as "Red Dragon" with people who have seen the car. Thanks to Old School women seem to get this better than anything else I might call it.

"BLKRAIN" = BLACK RAIN. OZZY OSBORNE from the CD of the same name...

Lyrics to Black Rain :
The black rain is falling
Contaminating the ground
The human race is dying
The dead are scattered around
What is the price of a bullet?
Another hole in the head
A flag draped over a coffin
Another soldier is dead

How many victims have fallen
How many more have to die
People dying in masses
Angel of death standing by

We've got our marching orders
Defenders of our home and our pride
We've crossed too many borders
Military suicide

War killing sons and daughters
Another failed attack
There is no turning back
Blood running down like water
You'll think you got away
Until the judgment day comes

Politicians confuse me
I watch the body count rise
Why are the children all marching
Into the desert to die?
The human psyche is twisted
The madness rising again
Another empire falling
I watch them dying in vain

We've got our marching orders
Defenders of our home and our pride
We've crossed too many borders
Military suicide

War killing sons and daughters
Another failed attack
There is no turning back
Blood running down like water
You'll think you got away
Until the judgment day comes

Are you ready?

Black rain, black rain
Black rain, black rain

War killing sons and daughters
Another failed attack
There is no turning back
Blood running down like water
You'll think you got away
Until the judgment day
You'll think you got away
Until your judgment day comes

This will be played very loud when every I come up against a V8 as I blow by and "watch another victim fall"

Jim

Right after I completed the build, I had some coolant issues. Turned out to be blown head gaskets. Whilst troubleshooting the issues for weeks, my car had many nicknames:

"F'ing car"
"Piece of S&$t"
"Godda$m car"

After this issues were resolved it just became "The C$%ra"

Now that I've sold it, all I have left is my daily driver Fox Body. It's "The RUSTANG".

Talking WhiteFang

Yeah TD, my wife called mine "That Damn Car!" too, and some other names that are better left un-said.

After removing the body, I thought I'd better cushion the frame horns (body mounts) on the front of the frame, so I wouldn't sever a patella tendon (over knee-cap).

I used some of the white foam that was taped to the fender openings during shipping.

If looked like two fangs, hence I nicknamed it WhiteFang, after the sled-dog of movie fame.
Long story a little longer;

Wonderful lady that bought my car for her husband just happened to want it painted red w/ white stripes, and so the WhiteFang name still fits, so I informed her of the nickname. She liked it.

Now the kicker;
Her husbands' nickname since a kid has been,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,, wait for it
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,
FANG!!

So since the car has not been presented to him yet, I'm wondering if he'll let the car keep the nickname. Or will he have a choice?

OK, what's yours, Bill

My girls named the car Chica, since I dragged it home from Chicago. I re-named it ARBOC, because everything I do to the car lately is back wards. I should learn to leave well enough alone.

"Rayne" after the video game half-human/half-vampire vixen "Bloodrayne." The name came about for a few reasons. Every time I touched her during the build, she drew blood. The other reason is the FFR is the ultimate in deadly sexy cars, just like Rayne in the video game.
