Dave: that was me!! and I still say this thing is a sinister black hole. Nothing escapes it, not a vette, not sunlight, nor our attention!!!!
That is a MUCH better picture than Tuesday's post but it's still the darkest FFR I've ever laid eye's on. Kudos to Ken for the light-sucking black, but Sergio did a fantastic theme build IMO with this machine. Batman couldn't make it any darker.
Congrats Sergio; this one definetly desevers POM.

Really nice looking. Did you ever think of black anodizing the headlight, signal, and tail light bezels? Also the gas cap? Give it that look of the Buick Grand National from 20 some years ago. It still looks good but IMO that would send it way over the top. Very Very nice!!
I tought about anodizing the bezels and gas cap... Maybe in the future.
when I went to downtown San Diego looking for a spot to park and take images I parked in one of the restaurants spots really quick just to go use the bathroom, when I came out there was a crowd around my car, people taking pictures and video, even a couple of Japanese girls asked me If they could take a picture of themselves next to me and my car (by that time I was trying to strap myself in).
By looking at all your pictures the area evacuated when your car showed up because it is so bad ass. About the girls wanting to get their picture with you, what's the rule here?
What is the windshield from? Motorcycle or something created special? How about pictures of the power plant and interior.
Don't know why but every time I see a pic of the car I get flash backs. Remember that movie "KING OF THE MOUNTAIN" back around 1981. Well the hot Porsche Speedster just keeps popping into my mind. Maybe its the windshield and large fenders, I'm not really sure.
If you don't know what I'm talking about, then check out the movie. I have a copie of it right between "BULLITT" & "GONE IN SIXTY SECONDS". I do know Sergio has a winner that I hope we will be seeing in some movie in the future. (Maybe a remake of the original movie). I've heard it called a couple names and don't know which will stick but for now I'm calling it "KING OF THE MOUNTAIN".

Sergio, it seems like only yesterday when the Stewart truck pulled up to your house to drop off the kit. What a long strange trip its been. What a transition to its present state. Congrats on the POM, and one phenomonal build.
For anyone that hasn't seen it in person, the pics don't do it justice. Its incredible!
