I saw your posts on FB about going with manual steering instead of power steering. Is this going to be like the Factory Five's with a de-powered stock rack? I'm hoping it is so we have to option to add the power back if we want.
On my roadster, I ran the de-powered rack until I got the slicks for autocross. I then wanted the 'speed' that the power steering offered. I'm really used to it now so my first inclination is that I'll want it for the G3F. Since this will mainly be a street car for me and the weight distribution is likely different, the manual rack might be just right for me.
(For reference, my roadster weighed 2300-ish the last time I checked corner weights.)
