I would love to see the evolution from the rough product to the finished one you have provided here. ---- I will try to dig up some older photos, I did a majority of the work 4 years ago but never finished it till now. The kit is a hurricane which has a body splashed from an original, I had to stretch the front 4" to the windsheild and add 2"to the sides behind the doors
It was a decent amount of work, but since I got it Bruce altered the top so it would fit better
What does it look like inside? Have you finished it off with a headliner?
Yes glued in headliner
Open the rear hatch. What kind of room is back there?
You open the hatch to get in the trunk
Did it fit over the regular height roll bars?
The hurricane had a more traditional roll bar height it clears by about 1/2"
I noticed there is space below the side window panel. Do you plan to have some kind of seal there?-- still looking need some type of rubber flap glued to the bottom edge of the window frame. The top is far from air tight yet driving it in 30 degree weather I was toasty with heat and seats on
I am also leaning toward the Guardsman Blue. As of now. What, exactly is the color code for your car?- ford wind veil blue 06 and later mustang color
How does the top connect to the top of the windshield? How long does it take to take it off and put it on? How heavy is it?--- 4 bolts in to windsheild groove, latches behind the door to through bolts at the back. Weight is about 30 lbs. top about 20 minutes to put on,door windows another 20
I do have more questions but I'd better stop, I'm acting like a little kid in a candy store.
Again, Wow! Great job, George
