Assembly of #365 has started. First step was to see if the car would fit my 6'6" son (and co-builder) With a little modification of the Kirkey seats and a slight extension of the steering wheel adapter, the car will fit. My dad stopped by to assemble the rad/grill, 3 generations in the shop working on the car. Notice the pic of my dad sitting on the bench as a counterweight while my son shapes the seat!!
The car will start out as a basic build:
Coyote Engine
TKO 600
3.55
wilwood 6 piston brakes
softtop
bike fenders
Kirkey high back seats
Batman style roll bars
hood and sides optional
clean firewall
heater/defroster for those early and late season Canadian drives
Paint- maybe later
Canuck 23,
I worked with Al at Western Canada Cobras to get the kit in. It was fast and smooth. There has been a delay in getting the completion kit hrough customs, but this was due to Canadian Freightways messing up, not the supplier. FYI, I got the Coyote/TKO600 from Sean Hyland in Ontario, a complete water pump to tailshaft setup, very fast, efficient service right to my son's garage.

Turns out that I live very close to Al and was considering using him to order a 33 for myself. I am happy that you got your kit without any problems to speak of. Did you end up ordering the stock gas tank from FFR or did you get a Boyd unit? Anyways enjoy your build and you better start looking for a set of big ass snow tires to keep that Coyote on the road during our lovely winters.
Cheers!
Many of the photos have captions to describe the issue.
My son, the car owner, lives in Edmonton, I live in Indonesia and my father lives in Vancouver. So we only get together to work on the project every few months, but when we do, its 10 hour days6-7 days a week for three weeks.

I spent the last three weeks working on the car, Dad came by for two weeks. Everything works, wipers, heater, lights etc. Lots of details to finish, but it is driveable. Plenty of power.
