Why not cut the tube out and have one made with a bend in it?And weld it back in where the one you cut out was.You could have the bend go out or down to clear the valve cover.

Here are a couple of update photos of Scott's '33 basically showing how the car has been setup so the engine is level and the rest of the car is at a slight rake. Sense these photos were taken Scott has had the chassis powder coated orange and is planing on a satin black paint job with some other details in the paint.
These headers were custom made from stainless and I did a slight chassis modification after talking to Jim at FFR on both sides to allow these headers to be removed without having a problem.
